10,0 Excellent
Pros: The host were very friendly. A fantastic location. The world's best kept secret.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was home cooked and freshly made while we visited with the owner. We love breakfast and it was prepared so well and was set on the plate very appealing. We didn't expect it to be out of Grafton so far but worth the drive and set in a beautiful private area and peaceful. The setting right on the Clarence River is awesome and breathtaking.
Cons: We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the peace and quiet in the country side and some of the activities that are offered there. We wanted to walk around in the sunlight and enjoy the beauty and all the woodwork done by the owner. It was amazing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property and welcoming hosts.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful river outlook; friendly owners, fabulous woodwork and good food. The bonus was the bird life and seeing a koala in the wild.
Cons: Do arrange to arrive in daylight and make a dinner reservation to eat at the B & B as the property is 15 km from town and it a difficult drive after dark.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the wine and cheese platter on arrival, overlooking the countryside and river. Enjoyed the wildlife, wallabies and birds and being able to wander around the 16acres to enjoy the country and plenty of fresh air. Were able to enjoy a reasonably priced meal and sweets with others staying there. Very congenial. Breakfast was served promptly and there was choice about the food. I even left with a beautiful new wooden cutting board! A beautiful place to stay and admire the amazing wood work and love and care shown to guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome and friendliness of Terry and Greg was fabulous. Food was great. The whole place has been beautifully fitted out and decorated. It is a calm peaceful environment.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was convenient for our trip and surprisingly quiet.
Cons: Room a little small; would have been better with a small desk.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast offerings were great. Beds were comfortable and the view was lovely from the balcony.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good food in the pub across the road.
Cons: The fruit for breakfast had been there for some time. Wrinkled would describe it!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Kitchen with breakfast foods, tea and coffee provided. Small bottle of port in the room!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed twice now and loved it each time.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was comfy & clean. Nice selection of DVDs & complimentary port. Bonus points for the friendly cat.
Cons: Parking - there is only 1 park for the 3 rooms. Despite being the only guests a car was parked in the car park our whole stay. We parked on the road & just carried in our backpacks, but a suitcase would have been difficult as access from where we parked was down a muddy back lane. It was also very dark when we returned from dinner. Also unfortunately there was no food available for dinner anywhere on Sunday night so we had to drive back to Grafton. Luckily this was only 15 minutes but not what we wanted to do.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Service, room, etc. Great
Cons: None
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The little extra,s like port in each room, the balcony was nice
Cons: Tv in family room a bit small

Pros: I was dirty and tired and a little stressed to be able to take a nice hot shower and sleep in a comfy bed was wonderful I would love to be able to come back again maybe in summer and enjoy the amazing pool
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like
5,8 Okay
Pros: Pizza place was very good
Cons: For what it was overpriced and the bed was very uncomfortable
7,5 Good
Pros: Probably the central location of the hotel in the town.
Cons: Nothing to dislike really. The only drawer back was I when checking in, when asking for a room on the ground floor because of my husband's & my ages, plus I had missed a stair previously & broken my hip. I was told there were no rooms left on the ground floors, however when popping into reception later, a lady was given a room on the ground floor, plus the lady was half our ages.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient and close to everything excellent parking and quiet.
Cons: Older construction but in good order.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone and everything was excellent
Cons: Nothing
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean. Soaps and shampoos were in the shower and on the sink.
Cons: Could not connect to the WiFi in my room, no signal. Downstairs toward the office I could get a connection.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room is quite basic but was very clean and the bed extra comfy.
4,3 Okay
Cons: The fact that outside the doors of each room are chairs that supply ashtrays for the masses of men and smokers that stay at this hotel! And that the trade workers that were staying there at the time set up kitchen in the car park cooking, playing music and again smoking. The smell of smoke comes through the bathroom window that has a vent! My room stunk of cigarettes pm and then again when I woke at 5.30am.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast quite acceptable. The location was very good and you could easily walk along the River
10,0 Excellent
Pros: loved cleanliness of store Stay there for when when they are not booked out

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was comfortable and clean, the food in the restaurant downstairs was lovely.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The fact we stayed one night and left the following morning
Cons: Old and in need of a renovation Overpriced and gouging the fact there is so much construction going on in the area for $185 per night for a room that smelt and a bed that was old and pillows smelt is very poor.
