Biss Inn Hotel

I was on the 5th floor, the view was nice. The room is quite spacious. The wifi and the AC work well.

The place needs a lot of work and attention to detail and redecoration. They only gave one towel and I was with my partner, no hand towels are provided. Once you request, they sort it out, tough. Bed linen was also missing. There are only two power plugs in the room, one of them was falling off the wall. Overall, it just doesn't feel homely, there's a lack of decoration, nothing on the walls, the corridors and the bedroom feel a bit like a hospital ward. Wardrobe doors and drawers are either stuck or don't close. There's only one bedside cabinet. Overall, the place is very simple and plain, despite the good looking reception area. There is a car park, but there was no parking space available when I arrived. When you check in, they hand you a piece of paper with rules and one of them says that if a guest visits your room, you have to pay extra (no matter how long is the visit). I ignored that and I had a friend who came over for a short while in the afternoon and nobody hassled us for that. The road in front is quite noisy.
