Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to attractions, city center, and beautiful views. The service, especially from staff members like Mr. Islam, was frequently described as helpful, attentive, and friendly. Breakfast received positive remarks for its quality and variety. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, citing issues such as mold, odors, and lack of thorough cleaning.
