Pros (+) Location is right on George Square and next door to Queen Street train station. Perfection! Nearly all local tours begin within a block away and the don't miss City Chambers is just across the square. City buses & cabs stop right in front. Staff is incredibly friendly ad helpful -- especially the Concierge.
Cons (-) It's a bit shabby because, sadly, part of it is soon to be demolished to allow for expansion of the train station. We were told a much smaller boutique hotel would emerge from what's left of the Millennium. That new hotel will of course inherit the location -- and with luck, the wonderful staff.
