Ideally situated for railway station and trams to city centre. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Nice to have BBC1 AND BBC2 available on TV as opposed to standard BBC World News and/or CNN as English speaking channels!

The underground car park should be avoided. It is very cramped, has concrete pillars everywhere, and is entered and exited via a narrow and very steep ramp with awkward kerbs. It took me nearly an hour to park my car (which is a medium-sized hatchback) and, once parked, I certainly didn't want to use it again until we left. Without a doubt, in over 40 years of owning a car, this was the most stressful experience ever! Also, there are extensive tram works at the front of the hotel - making it very difficult to leave by car and even on foot!

This hotel did not match my experiences of other Best Western hotels. Everything was "ok" (wireless internet, on site parking etc), but the hotel looks like it could do with a makeover

It is very easy to access the hotel from the highway. the center is a bit far if you decide to walk, however, there is public transport nearby. The parking in the neighbourhood is free from 7pm till 9am
