Cons (-) The whole point in us getting a hotel was for the pool and it was so ice cold we couldn’t even swim My son swam for a whole 20 mins and he was So cold we had to go back to our room ... no we’re was it mentioned the pool wasn’t heated

Pros (+) Nice and friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. Relatively close to Boyne Mountain which is reason we stayed there. Rooms were clean and looked new.
Cons (-) Room was next to stairwell and people could be heard stomping up the stairs. Room was shorted towels on second day. There was only hot chocolate on the first day for two of us. The second day there was no hot chocolate. Sausage gravy was very salty and did not have much taste. WiFi was intermittent probably due to location of the room.
