Hotel is conveniently located, our room was good size and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and professional. Alas the same can’t be said about the restaurant staff. The menu was quite good for a hotel restaurant and we liked the food but service at the restaurant was sub-standard. Thermostat in our room didn’t work properly, it kept blowing cold air regardless of the temperatu...

Pros (+) The hotel location is very good for access to Gatwick airport, very convenient. It’s a very no nonsense type of place, efficient staff, clean comfortable room. I have used it numerous times in the past and currently use it regularly for both business and leisure flights from Gatwick. The hotel has just recently undergone a refurbishment, modernising many of its rooms.
