Cons: People were yelling on the balcony. They were drinking til 3am. The balcony close at 11am but they didnt enforce there rules and I wasn’t the only one who complained. They Gave us a refund of six dollars due to the noise complaint

The sound of the creek just below our 2nd story room was very relaxing. The room was super clean which is so VERY important with the Covid-19. The hotel had just reopened after the lock down. The location is very convenient to the main strip and within walking distance to several of the best restaurants in Gatlinburg.

Cons: Overpriced by about 50%. "River View" room: overlooking a stream about 25-30 feet wide. Very near the next building which had a large sign advertising another hotel. Also had a clear view of the interior of the adjacent hotel's parking garage.

Cons: It was very dirty this time. Sticky floors, dark long hair everywhere, extra dirty bed topper, and when we woke up the next morning there was a cockroach on the headboard. Incredibly disturbing. In the past this has been an excellent value for the stay but the cleaning staff had clearly left things in poor standing. Also a burnt out bulb in the lamp stand and there is a gap running all the way around the entry door to the room so we could smell the very strong scent of marijuana coming from the next room, which isnt exactly the fault of the motel, but the door should be better insulated at least.

Cons: Rude and unhelpful staff. Incredibly loud construction (the kids and I had to yell to talk to one another from about 8:00 am until I decided that we weren’t staying two more nights), which was minimized by the front desk AFTER booking was already done. I’m not that picky, folks, but this was literally giving me a headache. Only one, soiled blanket in the room for four guests and had to fight to get a second one after someone finally showed up at the front desk. No apologies were ever made, and no offers to remedy our issues with the noise.

Cons: So, the pool area wasn’t very clean at all. My daughter and I found many old bandaids just lying around the pools. One of the pools was dirty, things in the water that hadn’t been cleaned in some time and the walls were yuck. You could tell they had not cleaned good in there in quite a while! The carpets were dusty and things in the corner, someone was complained they were having to pick up trash in front of the hotel because it wasn’t being done, which you could tell! This hotel has good potential but they definitely need to do a thorough cleaning and keep it up, would make a world of difference! Also, it’s not because of animals it’s dirty, it’s lack of cleaning in general.

Cons: The elevator is horrible!!! It is extremely slow and often stops at the wrong floors! Our room was on the 4th floor and we would often get off the elevator at 3rd floor and walk up, because the doors would keep opening and closing on the 3rd floor and wouldn’t go beyond it! Also this property has stopped serving breakfast due to Covid-19, but local restaurants were OPEN. The hotel had not restarted its breakfast service or made any attempt to do to-go breakfast (like many other hotels have done). And the coffee service is filled once a day, and when it runs out it’s done for that day; we were given this explanation by the front desk staff when we requested coffee in the evening.

Pros: We appreciated the location of the hotel and overall cleanliness was good. Staff was very nice.
Cons: I didn't so much care for the breakfast bar for a fee. No other breakfast options are available in the hotel, and this breakfast bar didn't seem unique enough to justify not eating abroad. It's simply my opinion, though. Either way it's still convenient.

Pros: We loved our room, and comfortable bed. It was a bit off the main road which meant less traffic and less noise, and a great view of the mountains nearby.
Cons: It was okay, and a good value for the money. I only wish that it was over looking the river, and that both the indoor pool and there restaurant were open. However we do understand that they would've been open if it wasn't for Cov-19. Other than that we got a great rate, and it truly was a great mini vacation and our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of local events.

They moved me rooms, next morning front desk had no idea what happened, lady at front desk on Saturday was rude about the situation as well. The original room I booked online was a king room they didn’t have it available. Stuck me down a dark hall with lights out and boards propped up against wall, railing was broken, fire alarm wasn’t working in original room either. Terrible experience ended up leaving early

They said they corrected it after showing them my booking now 2 weeks later they’ve charged my card again. I will be disputing with my CC company! Fireplace didn’t work. Blinds were tore up on the balcony door so light came in all night. No ice machine working at all in the building we were in. Told the guys at the front desk the first day... day 3 it still didn’t work. 2nd day our keys stopped working to our room, so we had to walk back down to the office. When your in a separate building from the office it’s not just take a elevator down to the office. Stayed Thursday thru Sunday and not once was our room cleaned or towels added. I could’ve tolerated everything until my CC was charged again, I’ve tried getting in touch with the property and no one had returned messages or calls. I would recommend finding someplace else!

Pros: The stay was very nice, except I didn’t get the rate I was told over the phone, when I arrived I had to pay the 99.50 a night rate instead of the 74.50 rate I was quoted over the phone, wthen when I checked in I was offered the stay 2 nights get a night free special, the host at the desk said I could let him know if I can stay the third night the next day when I confirmed my scheduled, but when I did tell him I wanted to stay the extra night, he said I had to pay for the 3rd night(in which I did, another 99.50). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and are contemplating buying a unit and becoming an owner, but I am leery due to the confusion about the amount I was quoted versus the amount I had to pay as a guest. Do you have any suggestions??

Cons: Website was not clear about extra charge for pets. It states pets are welcome and there was an additional charge but no amount listed. I was expecting an extra $20 charge or so and was completely SHOCKED when at check in they told me it would be $170!!! I would not have booked the room had I known this especially since the rate for the room itself was only $109! Completely ridiculous charge.

Cons: Main attraction at the waterpark was closed. The playground was also closed. We have two young children and we wanted to stay here because of the amenities but because they were closed we had to search out other things to do.

Cons: Parking sucked. They will try to have you tour for discounted attractions-- seemed like a good idea but there 90 minute tour with a free breakfast turned out to be over 5 hours of salesmen in your face trying to sell you a timeshare. They waisted one whole day for our weekend vacation. I would much rather pay for the attraction then lose time with them trying to sell me a timeshare for that amount of time. Not upfront or honest. And the great breakfast you get for touring was terrible.

Cons: The rooms, the prices. For a resort, you would assume that at least WIFI was inclusive in the room charge. Nope, it was not. They also try to get you to think that you won something at checking. It was thein 4 hr "come see why it's so good to be an owner" routine. That was the only time any kind of complimentary breakfast was mentioned!

Cons: The indoor pool that is advertised was an additional 18.95 per person, this was disheartening as this is why we chose this hotel. Also, the rooms are very small.

Pros: The stay was very nice, except I didn’t get the rate I was told over the phone, when I arrived I had to pay the 99.50 a night rate instead of the 74.50 rate I was quoted over the phone, wthen when I checked in I was offered the stay 2 nights get a night free special, the host at the desk said I could let him know if I can stay the third night the next day when I confirmed my scheduled, but when I did tell him I wanted to stay the extra night, he said I had to pay for the 3rd night(in which I did, another 99.50). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and are contemplating buying a unit and becoming an owner, but I am leery due to the confusion about the amount I was quoted versus the amount I had to pay as a guest. Do you have any suggestions??
Cons: Can you find our why I was quoted one rate, charged a differnet and higher rate, then offered the free 3rd night special and given a day to decide, then when I make the decision to accept the 3rd night free special, I get charged for it??

Pros: Very nice apartment style room. Close access to water park. Check in staff very friendly and full of information.
Cons: Billing was completely incorrect starting from day one. Hotel was unable to provide a receipt or explanation of billing accomplished by previous staff members due to server/printer issue. Two hours after our check-out, while we were upstairs eating breakfast, a staff member finally brought a receipt, but it was still and inaccurate reflection of what we were actually billed. The hotel staff did offer to snail-mail a receipt after the server was repaired, which was estimated to be within two-three days.

Pros: Beautiful mountain view from the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Bathroom was amazing, shower had 2 shower heads. Fireplace with the flat screen tv above it. Beautiful place with a beautiful view.

Cons: During the weekends the traffic in Pidgeon Forge is terrible so you should have enough time to spent here- week could be suitable.The area is very good for famielies with young children!

Cons: The room I was put in had bedbugs. I found several and took pictures. Also, the door latch was broke as well and the deadbolt so there was no way of locking the door. The coffee pot had an old, molded filter in it. And lastly there was a large hole in the wall that was roughly patched and not attractive. I explained this to the woman at the front desk. I only asked for a refund on the second night, she said sure, no problem. I was charged for both nights. My sister was in the room next door, which oddly was a lot better but still not great. She watched as the beds were remade and the room was rented out to someone else that second night. Bedbugs and all!

Cons: Toilet wouldn't flush well. Wall outlets were not working upstairs in loft area. They were broken. Dirty/soiled rag in corner behind chair . Refrigerator would not cool drinks. Bed frame was sticking out about 1/2 foot ...we almost tripped however my husband was able to push it back under bed mattresses. We requested to speak with a manager but did not receive a cell back during our 3 day 2 night stay. We made the request after first night. Not enough towels first night day there. No working working ice machine on 3rd floor. No conditioner in bathroom. The TV in left area could not be operate properly with remote. Had to manually turn on and off tv.. and volume but remote would operate channels. Overall ...will not stay there again.
