HEATHER, Jun 2026
It wasn't a good experience. In a week, we moved 3 times. 1st room, hot water in shower didn't work. 2nd room, rain water came through under the door, and water from room above, poured through the ceiling light. 3rd room was a suite on 3rd floor that the A/C stopped working. Not having the elevator working made relocating a treacherous feat. The staff was very nice.

Pros (+) The location was the only good thing. It's right at the entrance of the park.
Cons (-) We arrived and the staff was not very friendly. They were arguing with each other because they double booked a room. Our room smelled of mildew. There were stains on everything. Two of the lights did not work in the room. The floor was sticky. The AC did not work. The sound on the tv did not work, I had to rewire it and reprogram it. I would not recommend this room to anyone. It was very outdated ...
