Pros (+) I like how close it was to everything.
Cons (-) It could have been cleaner. The pull out bed had crumbs all over it, and the carpet wasn't very clean. What little time we were in our room, the bottom of my kids feet were turning black from the dirty carpet. Also the walls are like paper so you hear EVERYTHING.

Pros (+) So the hotel itself was basically on the main Gatlinburg strip so this made EVERYTHING super convenient. The workers were also very polite & made sure to give us all the information that we would have needed, plus without even asking told us about the free breakfast (Due to covid 19 they only had a few things, not there fault by any means) & give us a extra room card.
Cons (-) The elevator was strangely stinky I’m not really sure why & our room was a little dirty like dirty bathroom mirror & finding hairs on the bed but I mean I’m not that picky or grossed out (your in a public cheap hotel)

Pros (+) Close to everything Price for location Mostly very clean
Cons (-) The last 2 mornings of our stay they were doing some remodeling 2 doors down from our room at 8:15 in the morning. Im talking pounding, hammering, sawing, buzzing and tile break at 8:15 in the morning. I asked the woman at the front desk and she insisted they werent remodeling near my room. The towels suck. Mold above the shower

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and very helpful. Facility was clean. Located within <5 minute walk of downtown. Probably deserves 5 stars but I need a lasting impression for that.
