Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's breakfast and service to be highlights, with many mentioning friendly staff and a good selection at breakfast. The location was also positively noted for its convenience to the center and surrounding areas. However, there were frequent complaints about the outdated and poorly maintained rooms, as well as cleanliness and maintenance issues with the pool. While the pool and garden setting were sometimes praised, negative experiences with room comfort and pool hygiene were common.
