Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Gangtok. The room was on 5th floor. The view from room was not that great but has enough light coming. Very close to MG marg , the main centre. The view from the restaurant is awesome. The breakfast was delicious which we really enjoyed.Mr Debasis and Mr Victor were exceptionally hospitable.The travel desk was excellent with their service. Mr Sanjay was very helpful in arranging the travel as per our itinerary. Overall awesome stay.

Cons: The curtain linens are not maintained properly.Need to replace the torn linens. If the yellow lights can be replaced with white light then the room will look more bright. Also the hallway lights needs to be lit up on time.

Cons: Room service and house keeping was poor. No towel within checking in for about 3 hours! Room amenities was poor. Breakfast could have been better.
