Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing major cleanliness issues such as mold, dirt, bed bugs, and damp bedding. Many also complained about poor service, unhelpful staff, and amenities not working or being unavailable, including the pool, TV, and WiFi. While some appreciated the convenient location and occasional clean rooms, overall value for price was mixed, with several guests feeling the property did not meet expectations. A few positive reviews highlighted friendly staff and consistent pricing, but these were outweighed by negative experiences.
