Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially the views of Mt. Fuji and the lake, as well as the proximity to attractions and transportation. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, making many guests feel welcome and cared for. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, particularly those with traditional Japanese style and private baths. Cleanliness and bathroom conditions received mixed feedback, with some noting issues like dated decor, odors, or occasional lack of cleanliness, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience for most guests.
