Pros: A comfortable, traditional hotel with a homely feel. There were some lovely pieces of furniture in the public areas. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and clean. I loved the fantasy tiles on the bathroom floor! Nice to have some water provided as well in the small fridge. It helped to have an upgrade too so thanks so much for that. The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful with information. The restaurant gentleman was very well organised and helpful, much appreciated!The ladies serving the breakfast were very friendly and cheerful - plenty of choice here!! I liked the location of the hotel as it was just two minutes from the centre, therefore no traffic noise. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Pros: Great location, very good breakfast and love the house dogs. Three little dachshunds greeted us on the elevator with no one else on board. We later found out that they are the house dogs and they love to ride the elevator. Dog friendly hotel.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, charming hotel with wonderful staff and great food on site. Easy 5 minute walk to all the shopping and bakeries. Our room was spotless, linens and toiletries were of great quality and added an additional high end touch. The restaurant was superb and reasonably priced. We will absolutely stay here again, if we ever return to Fussen.

Pros: The hotel was beyond our expectation. The condition is kept so well and all the rooms feel very new. The location was great (only 10 minute drive to Hohenschwangau, which is where the Neuschwanstein castle is). The staffs made us feel very welcomed and were helpful. We also loved the breakfast! We wished we had time to stay at this hotel longer.

The restaurant downstairs had my keys when we checked in around 6pm, and they were super friendly. Breakfast was about 7€ per person w standard food. The bar I believe in that building was a bit loud on a Saturday night but quite honestly once I fell asleep it never bothers me or my kids at all. Thanks for a great stay!

Also we let the staff know that we didnt want to eat breakfast, as it was served at 8 (not earlier), and we were going to leave at 6.30. Still paid for breakfast.

Pros: Our room was spacious and lovely. The property itself is very beautiful and an easy walk to the train station. The view from our room was breathtaking! Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really wish we had planned an extra night to fully enjoy the spa and gorgeous surroundings.

Pros: Extremely peaceful and quiet. The staff is the best out of any hotel I have ever stayed at! They are extremely nice and helpful. They speak perfect English. The wellness center with a steam and sauna has a very relaxing atmosphere. The view from the room is amazing, you can see the castle in Füssen. Location is great too. A grocery store is just a block away and train station is only 7-9 mins walk. Close to city center, yet away from the hustle bustle.

Cons: I have stayed all over Europe many times over the past three decades, so when I say that the rooms (we had to get two to accommodate two adults and two children ages 5 and 7) were small. I mean they were VERY VERY VERY SMALL. One of the two really was the size of a closet - my closet at home! The beds, themselves, looked like the cheapest plastic Ikea bed you could purchase. Needless to say the bed felt terrible and we all go a terrible nights sleep. Beware, this isn't really a Villa as described, and the grounds also were not as picturesque as depicted online. We paid WAY TOO MUCH for what we got. BEWARE.

Cons: The sauna was simple but sufficient, but we arrived to late to enjoy it at night (opting instead for some vino which was provided in the room for a reasonable price). Instead, we asked for an early AM sauna, which the night clerk agreed to (but we had to remind the morning clerk and had a small delay).

Cons: The rooms are incredibly simple which is fine but for the money I'm sure there is better value in the area. The smell of cigarettes throughout the corridors wasn't nice and can be noisy throughout the night due to other guests.

Cons: The hotel was run down and in need of renovation. rooms were of old decoration and style, For Our particular room we had to walk across an unlit roof and up a fire escape type staircase to get into an annex no elevator for guests for this annex.........very strange !
