I think the biggest problem is that the hotel was understaffed. Check-in was really slow. I tried to call the front desk about a broken TV remote, and the call was never answered. (We ultimately went to the front desk and got a new remote, which was also broken. We went back again later in the evening, and finally got a remote that worked.)
