Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location near the train station and city attractions, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, with some reporting dirty linens, dust, and even pests. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unhelpful or unfriendly interactions. Air conditioning and noise levels were also noted as problematic by several guests. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and breakfast, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.
