Pros (+) Instalations were good and well cleaned everyday. It provided a good level of confort in common areas but the bed could improve (just a sugestion). Amazing location! Really good to go anywhere and the price it was great! Finishing, the breakfast it's very good, but people that stay more than 5 days may find a little bit repetitive.
Cons (-) One member of staff (Evelino I guess) It was fairly impolite, and refused to replace higienic papers on a bathroom. He didn't showed properly instalations of hostel (like wich bathrooms were designated for men or woman). Also the number of knifes and forks were miserable!
