Pros (+) Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Nice buffet breakfast. Clear pool. 1 minute drive to free parking for beach. 6-7 min walk to the beach from the hotel. All the staff were very nice. 5 minute drive to Destin with no traffic. 15 min drive with traffic. Short drive to the grocery shopping at Publix. Short walk or drive to restaurants.
Cons (-) Room door opened to the open hall way.

Pros (+) Great location with a water view from the top floors.
Cons (-) Building showing its age despite a modern updated feel. Some peeling paint in the bathroom.

Pros (+) It was very clean and right off highway.
Cons (-) There is no real dining room to have your breakfasts so you have to grab food and go back to your room. It was very hot as hallway have no a/c and the one elevator in whole building was very slow and hot! Also it is not "right across from ocean" as your view is other buildings actually on the water.

Pros (+) -Quick entry/exit process (seconds for each). -Staff responded immediately to an issue with the TV and repaired within 2 minutes. -Bedding was reasonably comfortable.
Cons (-) -It was clearly either a smoking room, or the previous tenant smoked in the room. There was no mention of that. -Small detail, but it seemed odd to not have even a small trash can in the bathroom. -Could use some modernization (mini fridge/microwave/coffee pot).
