Room was old and warn. Looked dirty in the corners and was definitely a 'Shoes always on' room.
Awesome, courteous and friendly staff. Patio foyer in front of rooms had plenty of room to set up folding lawn chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee or check out the west Texas sunset. Lots of room around area to walk your 4 legged critters. Lots of LED lights surrounding parking area.
Shower/Tub (hole needs to be fixed) and toliet area in dire need of handicap rails for those needing assistance. Carpet holds in bacteria, dust and odor, suggest replacing carpet with hardwood flooring or non-slip tile. Electrical wiring needs to be updated with compliance. Noticed only 1 power strip safety outlet in room.
Location was convenient to travel.
The water coming from the sink tap was moldy, the refrigerator didn't work, the man at the counter made no effort to look up our reservation until we insisted, the carpet felt grimy.
coffee pt didnt work.
Room layout is perfect for the business traveler and the comfort is good for any traveler.
The bathroom isn’t optimal especially for senior citizen who need a layout more like an ADA compliant room.
