Liked the ability to dock our boat as we are locals. Liked the location to Times Square and Old San Carlos. Our hotel room, the hotel grounds and pool were very clean and our room had been updated. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were too. Got a great night's rest. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel suited our needs. We didn't find anything we didn't like.

Loved the location, and the ladies checking us in were extremely nice. Room was clean
Loved the location, but when we checked in they were training in a new employee, and I heard them mention the cost of the room was $123.00, but we paid $138.00, and they still charged us an additional $10.00 to upgrade to a "bigger" room. We were the only ones there due to the fear of Hurricane Dorian, and when we asked to get a late check out (one hr) the lady at the front desk acted like she was irritated. She was very short with us through out the whole time we were shopping in there store. We have stayed there before, and was disappointed because of her. Not sure if I want to go back.

We were only there for a night. The atmosphere was great, walking distance to everything. The room was cute and cozy. We were even able to stay an extra hour because no one was checking in after us.
The only issue we had, the next morning, the toilet didn't want to flush. There had been lots of rain, so not sure if that was the problem. The front desk was notified and everything was fine. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
