Cons (-) We were overbooked. There were 3 other couples that were overbooked as well and we were all turned away. We paid our room fee, had reservations and were still turned away.

Cons (-) Management/front desk staff was rude and incompetent. It took them over 20 minutes to get us checked in. The bathroom door in the room did not shut all the way and did not have a lock.

Pros (+) The front desk agent was pleasant and she tried--
Cons (-) The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of animal urine even though the Inn is a "no pet" facility. The room was filthy. We attempted to turn the TV on but it would not work. The desk agent tried the TV and when she was unsucessful she had us change rooms. Our 2nd room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work. Pros (+) The location is good and the shower was nice.
Cons (-) When we walked in to the hotel the staff member seemed annoyed to have us check in. The process took a long time as he had to call Kayak for our booking info and have them fax our reservation. The room was filthy. There was an old dirty tray on top of the wardrobe with used plastic utensils on it. The remote had dried crusty hot sauce on it and it looked like they hadn't vaccumed in months. There ...

Cons (-) had to wait 15 mins to check in and then be told at 20 until 3pm that the room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. Air conditioner made horrible noise throughout the night and they had expired yogurt at the breakfast the next morning.
