Overview Reviews
Weve been a vital part of the Fort Collins community for over 95 years. In spring 2019, we underwent thoughtful renovations to bring renewed luster to our guestrooms and public spaces, while respecting our history and longevity. The individually unique guest rooms and suites are designed purposefully with comfort and convenience in mind, boasting the perfect combination of luxury and charm for an at-home feel. Our team love sharing their passion for Fort Collins, ensuring you have a personalized, memorable stay. If youre keen to explore the town, ask us for a complimentary bicycle. And dont be surprised if you come downstairs and find weve set up an impromptu cocktail tasting or theres a jazz guitarist playing in the corner. Thats just the way we do things here. Centrally located in Old Town Fort Collins, the hotel is just one mile from Colorado State University and nearby to the Poudre Canyon and Rocky Mountain National Park offering ample adventure hiking, fishing, rafting and biking all within minutes of the hotel. With Fort Collins earning the reputation of the beer capital of Colorado, the hotel is conveniently located near popular craft breweries and tasting rooms. We are immensely proud to be home to some of Fort Collins favorite neighborhood haunts. Mugs Coffee Lounge is a locally owned, family-operated coffee shop (popular with the college crowd). Choice City Butcher is renowned for its deli and draft beer offerings. For a create-your-own stir fry, try HuHot Mongolian Grill. And our favorite, check out Ace Gilletts, offering a speakeasy-style, remarkable craft cocktails, a gastro-bite menu and live music. Looking to relax a bit? Stop by Amara Massage Therapy & Wellness offers a menu of relaxing spa services with various massage techniques, including relaxation, deep tissue, sports, and pre-natal/post-partum massage. Additional spa services include hydration therapy, various scrubs and masques, aromatherapy, and a private steam shower area.

Pros: Great location. Very pleasant staff. Bedding was super comfy.
Cons: The train blowing their whistle is for real. Sooooo loud. Shower a little quirky. Elevators old school tiny.
7,0 Good
Pros: Clean and friendly. The bed was ok, not terrific, and even though it is an old historic building, it was very quiet
Cons: It's a beautiful historic building and they've done a great job remodeling but our room was a bit small and had nowhere to sit. There was enough room in our room for a chair.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient, central location. The room was so comfortable and cozy.
Cons: No complaints about the property
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is extremely convenient - right in the middle of Old Town Fort Collins, steps to restaurants, bars and not a bad walk to CSU campus. I visited in December and the holiday lighting in Old Town made it feel extra special. The parking garage is a block and a half away but staff is happy to valet for you. I had the car parked and then used Lyft to get to my event across town. (There is no Uber yet in FC). Staff was SO friendly and really helpful. The room is hip and unique and very comfortable. TV was HUGE!
Cons: I was disappointed that there was a private party in the jazz club that is in the hotel's lower level bc I would have liked to check it out, but totally understandable on a December evening.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The pillows were amazing and the location was very convenient.
Cons: Hearing the music from the bar near by till 2am.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The bed very comfortable. The water was hot, nespresso in the room. Wifi good quality.
Cons: There was no desk in the room.

Pros: That is was centrally located and very close to a GREAT pizza place: Otto Pint.

Pros: Quick check in & out. Staff was helpful & pleasant.
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre. Room air conditioning did not work correctly & was stifling. We had to open the windows at 1am and sleep with the outside traffic noises. 8,0 Excellent
Pros: To he hotel was very nice.the room was very clean, up dated, comfortable.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Everyone we dealt with at the front desk was amazing. They were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons: Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. We each used 3 pillows and it barely felt like we were sleeping on one. Bedding was very thin and there were no blankets, had to go ask for some. Toilet was VERY low to the ground, almost like it was made for a small child. Sink water pressure was poor. Room had a musty smell from the moment we walked in. A light in a lamp was out so we had to ask for a lightbulb to replace it. Worst of all, our room was not cleaned during our stay. Another thing was the automatic door for the handicapped entrance did not work when you pressed the button. There was one plus and that was that the shower did have good water pressure and the water did get hot. Next time we come to town, I don’t think we’ll be staying at this hotel and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone I know.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The woman at the front desk when we checked in was superb. She was friendly, helpful and personable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and the continental breakfast convenient.
Cons: I cant really say I didn’t like it but, it’s obvious the Inn gets a fair amount of use and with that comes wear and tear. A little touching up here and there is needed.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, facility itself, the room, and everything we encountered were great. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfy and big enough for the three of us. We liked that we could close the bedroom off with the doors to keep the sitting area separate for when my husband and I were sleeping and when our friend was sleeping. It allowed for privacy.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was still good. I always have issues the first night or two I sleep in a bed that isn't my own, so there is that to consider. The second night was better for me, but the bed wasn't quite as soft as I prefer. But, if that is the only complaint out of this weekend, I'm great with that.

Cons: The hallways could use more frequent vacuuming.
5,0 Okay
Cons: We asked housekeeping to wait to clean our room as our son was still sleeping. When we returned in the evening, they had not cleaned our room at all. Housekeeping was gone when we returned. Disappointing.

I have stayed in a lot of Marriott hotels that are very nice. This one was disappointing. I would stear clear of this one.

6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel was very close to the two places we planned to visit while we were in Ft. Collins.
Cons: The intermittent drilling-type sound that we could hear throughout the entire night. It was coming from inside the walls, maybe from the pipes. The hot tub was also not very warm, the pool area was a mess, and there were no towels available at 9:30 PM.

Pros: I liked the smart TV, and water pressure in the shower. The female bartender was very nice and welcoming.
Cons: For a 4-star hotel, I was let down. Spiders in my room, the small bathtub, weak mattress, constant construction made it hard to work. Ordered room service and it didn't come, then I got blamed because I didn't write a time. Maybe call my room to ask??

Pros: There are 2 elevators, but only one was working. Would love to have had an included breakfast, but Hilton doesn't offer that courtesy. :-( It's the "new normal" they said.
Cons: Nice hotel, but will never stay there again. It's next to the university, so they CHARGE $10/night for parking! Who charges hotel parking except in major metro areas like Boston? When we wanted to leave, the gate controlling exits didn't work!

Pros: Clean and nice
Cons: No fridge, microwave or anything in rooms! Not good for out of town era looking to keep leftover
1,0 Poor
Cons: You lied to me. You told me there would be free parking, continental breakfast, and free WIFI. All of those things turned out to be untrue. Parking was $10. WIFI - I chose not to use. Breakfast - I chose not to have. Feels like bait and switch.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great for groups/conferences. Food options in hotel were accommodating and staff were extremely friendly during stay.
Cons: I had a room with a connecting door and had some noise from my neighbors dog, however it was minimal.
6,7 Good
Pros: It was clean
Cons: They charge $10 for parking and the whole time the entrance gate was open so we really didn’t need to pay that $10. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. And it would’ve been nice if they would’ve had free coffee in the lobby. I probably will not be staying at the Hilton anymore.

Pros: The pillows were amazing and the location was very convenient.
Cons: Hearing the music from the bar near by till 2am.

Pros: The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The bed very comfortable. The water was hot, nespresso in the room. Wifi good quality.
