Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant cleanliness and housekeeping issues, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms, as well as unresponsive or inconsistent service. Despite these negatives, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, reasonable value for price, and comfortable beds. Positive remarks also note friendly staff and easy parking. However, the recurring problems with cleanliness and maintenance, along with some service shortcomings, were major concerns for many guests.

Pros (+) I was happy to find a well regarded chain hotel. It was well lit, clean and quiet.
Cons (-) Google maps had no idea how to drive there, and as I was arriving after dark had to drive around a bit to discover the route. The continental breakfast was one of the most spare I've seen in a long while, with no real dining area that I saw.
