One of the two electronic locks to enter the building did not work. There were cigarette butts and empty soda cans discarded around the property. The rooms had no carpet or rugs and were very cold/sterile. Also because of a lack of carpet/rugs, the acoustics in the room were poor.

Pros (+) Very comfortable bed. Room was clean. Staff was welcoming and personable. Breakfast provided options and was quite tasty. Would recommend to any one staying in the Florence area.
