Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the availability of a pool, which many found enjoyable. However, there were frequent complaints about limited or inconsistent service, particularly regarding reception hours and responsiveness to issues. Some guests also mentioned neutral experiences with breakfast offerings. Overall, while the hotel’s amenities and comfort were appreciated, service shortcomings were a recurring concern.
