I will forever enjoy the memory of opening my windows to listen to the sounds of Florence below. The rooftop bar was wonderful. Cons (-) The only thing I can think of that wasn't absolutely perfect is the wifi range. In many places, I could only get two bars, but I could get three in many places as well, so this is a minor problem.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was amazing. Rachel at the front desk helped us in every way. The rest of the front desk staff were all fantastic. The upgraded room was deeply thoughtful. I would recommend hotel very highly.
