Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location, making it easy to explore Florence's attractions on foot. The service is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast receives high marks for variety and quality, and many guests note the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
