Pros (+) Staff is OK, but not particularly helpful. Central location in Florence.
Cons (-) Breakfast is very poor, I skipped it after the first day. No wi-fi, although they claim there is. It has never worked on any of my devices. The room was very dark, window on a dark "lightwell". The toilet flush constantly broken.
