We had to ask for new pillows because they were obviously used (had hair and dirt on them). They also over charged us and we were not given a refund for the over charge.

Don’t do it. It is that bad. I arrived at the hotel very late at night with 5 adults, a 3yo, and it was snowing. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Wasted $300 I couldn’t get back. Don’t do it.

Pros (+) Location is the only good thing about this place.
Cons (-) Rooms are very small. Had to climb over a bed to use the closet. Bathroom was small. This place is old and not very clean. Very small parking lot.

Cons (-) Tons of extra fees. Extremely rude staff. Dirty facilities. Kayak should not do business with this establishment. I was third in line to check in (which took me about 45 minutes) and watched as the manager scammed everyone out of various fees to the tune of about $50 per person. Pros (+) Location was right off of main highway and walking distance to restaurants.
Cons (-) Room was extremely small, the incredibly loud heater blows directly at the pillows on the bed and in your face. Terrible insulation, floor was damp and cold. There was tile stairway directly outside the door where people drug wheeled luggage up and down all night making a ton of noise. 3 of the 4 towels in the bathroom had holes in them and we had to remove the shower head to get enough water to e...
