Yes I had a nightmare with bed bugs
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was to be included, however there was a charge of either $7 (according to the desk clerk upon checking in) or $7.95 (according to the sign at the dining area). I feel this was a ripoff, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Staff is wonderful, clean rooms with very nice pillows and mattresses. Dinner menu is diverse & food is very good. Breakfast is the best we've had in mid priced hotels.

Heat/air unit was very loud and was making a terrible sound, hotel was at capacity so no change in room available. Adjusted settings on bed to make softer, but wasn't soft enough for me.
The room was great. The complimentary water was nice along with having a keurig.
It would have been much nicer if there was a complimentary breakfast.

The beds are very hard, and they have construction going on with no parking in front making for long walks to a door.
AT CHECK-IN, WE WERE IMMEDIATELY GIVEN AN UPGRADED ROOM DUE TO A MINOR RESERVATION CHANGE THAT HAD BEEN MADE WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. CHECKIN STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING.
