Staff was absolutly marvellous and helpfull. Fluentky speak english. Giving proposition what Is important to see.
The location is just devine. Also the pool and de sauna were great.
The curtains in de rooms very not capable of keeping out any light, resulting in daylight shining through as of sunrise. Also, if you offer a pool and sauna, it's service to offer free use of an extra towel and bathrobe to your guests. To me this shows good service. Unfortunately you had to pay quite an amount to rent these things, hence I didn't rent them and just used the towel from my room for everything - not very hygienic. Furthermore, the food was of poor quality. Very fat, unhealthy. Breakfast was OK, but dinner... Last but not least, we were there with colleagues and thus didn't want to go into the sauna naked and kept our bathing suits on. We were acting very calm, the only thing was we had or bathing suits on. Other guests literally held the door of the sauna closed so we couldn't get into the sauna and then started to talk really really rude to us, saying we should just go away, were not welcome, and in German talking about how rude Dutch people are. When I politely asked how long they would be there so we could go afterwards, the respons was 'for long so go away'. Maybe the hotel could find a solution for this, as this type of behavior by other guests (and people in general) is nothing but rude and impolite.
Directly on the pistes
I liked the location so close to the slopes. I liked the bar and I liked the spacious size of the rooms. The staff were excellent as I asked for the double bed to be changed to two singles and this was done almost immediately. The girl in the bar was excellent and deserved a lot of praise for her attentiveness.
Less children would have been better but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. As a result the swimming pool was teeming with children. The hotel inside looked a little dated. The meals were always a buffet so after a while that got a little tedious
Excellent location: ski -in, ski -out. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious meals. A little bit old rooms interior but very clean.
