Pros: The beautiful decor, service and staff's warmth, promptness and knowledge about anything we asked for.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and terrace wasn't operational.

Pros: Beautiful riad and good location.

Cons: The property advertises a gym and was the main reason why chosen. This is absolutely inaccurate. Breakfast is served by employees vs having own choice and for the 2 of us, we always got 3 of food item... A bit ridiculous

Cons: They permit smoking in both rooms and public places. It’s a little chilly,too.

Cons: Everything about this experience was horrible. After making a reservation through Kayak, I contacted the Riad directly to check if they can arrange for an extra bed in the room. The Riad said they didn’t have my reservation so I sent along the reservation confirmation I received from Kayak’s partner site. The Riad subsequently responded and said that they didn’t have any rooms so they would accommodate us at Road Myra which was generally in the same location and looked good online so I agreed as long as the same requirements and rates would be honored. The Riad continued to communicate with me about airport transfer etc which lead me to believe that the same owners or management staff manages both the roads. When we got to Riad Myra, it was a horrible experience. At first, they claimed that they didn’t have my reservation, didn’t communicate clearly, didn’t tell us about Riad amenities (we were coming from marrkech and had a wonderful experience at 2 roads here), and proceeded to give us a shitty standard room with such low ceilings that we felt claustrophobic. When I told them that I had booked a suite and absolutely needed it starting next day since our third friend was arriving they said they would move us the next day. Next day, on inquiring about airport transfer for my friend, they acted clueless. Then called the original Riad and proceeded to take over the arrangement . When I asked them to adjust the room price given we didn’t get the suite on first night, the manager, Salma said she would talk to the other Riad. Subsequently Salma avoided all eye contact and communication with me for next 3 days. On the final day she got one of the porters to settle the dues and I requested to speak with her regarding my question. She reluctantly called, spoke to the other Riad on phone (which she had clearly not done before as promised), gave me vague answers and proceeded to charge me 40 € extra per night for my third friend although we had agreed to to 30 € in prior communication on email. Overall I recommend everyone to stay away from road al amine fes and Riad Myra. I urge the management to ensure staff and especially manager, Salma doesn’t ruin the guest experience.

Pros: I spent nearly a month in Morocco staying in numerous love at ions throughout the country, and I can say unequivocally that Riad El Amine Fez was the nicest of all! The staff was welcoming the moment I arrived. The Riad was beautiful and unlike many who have a covering over the courtyard permanently Riad El Amine Fez employed a retractable cover above the courtyard that they were not shy to open up.and enhance the ambiance & magical Moroccan light of this enchanting accommodation. I would be remiss if I didn't also didn't say I had the two finest meals in my entire stay in Morocco! As we say in the US, this wonderful & unexpected home away from home, was a Home Run!!! The staff arranged for an all day trip with my special request for a fluent English speaker in the Middle Atlas Mountains that was simply sublime, and I would express my many thanks to Mustafa for the memories that'll last a lifetime in this magical place that this Riad helped play a significant part!!!

Pros: The room and accommodations were exactly as shown in pictures. Breakfast was amazing and very accommodating in every manner.

Pros: Amazing common areas in a traditional Moroccan style. Live music in the evenings was nice. Fireplace was lit every night. The food was excellent. The decor spectacular. But that’s not even the best part of the place. The staff is unparalleled in this establishment. This is an outstanding choice in Fes. Enjoy!

Cons: Some parts of the property are still a work in progress but that should be resolved in the near future.

Cons: We should not pick the duplex room. It’s not convenient.

Cons: Poor communication prior to stay. I booked a taxi from the station with the riad, but the taxi never showed up. Note that the riad cannot be reached by car and the final part of the journey will have to be made by foot. I was also presented with a bill at the end of my stay which was much higher than merely tax.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful. They organized a guide for us that gave us an amazing 2-day tour in the new city and old city (the Medina). The breakfast and dinner were spectacular as well. I highly recommend this riad and would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The location can be a little chaotic but that's part of staying in the Medina. Once you're inside the riad, it's like an oasis.

Pros: Very beautiful Moroccan riad with a pool where we enjoyed our bath. Nice and friendly staff,big and clean rooms, great location and sufficient and tasty breakfast!

Pros: The Riad was gorgeous and the views from the rooftop of the medina were amazing. Staff was very friendly and helped organize tours for us, and special takeaway breakfast packages.

Cons: The location was to be as expected, in the heart of section in the Medina where a lot of locals live. We had done research so knew to expect the crazy hustle and bustle, but it is still quite an intense experience.

Pros: Staff is really amazing, helpful and friendly!

Pros: The room was a great size with a massive bath and upstairs sitting room. The rooftop area was fabulous a great place to drink a glass of wine looking at Fes. The staff were friendly, and competent and took good care of us.

Cons: Smoking in the common inside area - dining area just outside our room.

Cons: The pool / water of the pool was not clean so we didn't feel comfortable to make children play in it.

Pros: Beautifully decorated hotel in a lovely location in the city.

Cons: In 5* spa-hotel pool and jacuzzi should be included , paying 20€ per person for 50min is really to much.

Pros: Clean and large rooms which was great for family. Staff helped arrange a guide and shuttles to airport. Breakfast was very nice and pretty diverse to include local cuisine.

Cons: Restaurants opened too late for my family so we were forced to eat dinner off site.

Pros: Good location to easily get to medina and walk to new town. Located next to carrefour and a mall. Swimming pool was very nice and the front desk staff were helpful.

Cons: Can not at all regulate temperature in the room, it was beyond hot. The room is quite dated and needs refurbished. The hotel is mostly used by tour groups so the level of quality is reduced. The breakfast buffet was disgusting, and should be avoided. Overpriced for low quality and cold offerings was not appreciated.

The breakfast is great - You can order your breakfast As a room service without charging anything. Pros: Beautiful design and very well preserved old riad. Rooms were big and comfortable.

Cons: The service was rather sketchy and I speak fluent French so it was not a translation issue. Towels were not replaced in bathroom even though the used ones had been taken. 50% of tone there was no one at the Reception desk and 75% of the time they never answered their telephone. The best was when we asked about a famous museum nearby and they told us it was a beautiful that we should not miss only to get there and find out it had closed FOR THREE MONTHS ALREADY for renovations. Lunch on the terrace took two hours for sandwiches even though we were the ONLY customers and then they forgot part of our order! Nothing but nice things about their friendliness and sweet dispositions but it was as if we were speaking to them in Chinese.

Cons: Nothing; beautiful old palace; poorly restored. Terrible management. No attention to detail. One can tell that it is a beautiful property, but it is in terrible shape. Breakfast was inedible. Food purchased from a supermarket and served. The owner of the hotel is always there. Older gentleman with a moustache. Need to change the listing to a 2 star hotel.

Pros: Moving to a better Riad

Cons: The Riad is very old and dilapidated, the photos need to be updated as they are not true, our shower head would not stay up, the carpet was badly stained, the toilet roll holder was broken, the bathroom had mould everywhere. All cabinetry was broken.
