Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staffs are so nice and helpful! Left my wallet in the hotel on the day of departure back to the UK, and the lady in the hotel took a taxi to send it back to me.
Good 7,5
Pros: It was good to have a pool when returning from excursions. It can be quite hot around Fez in summer. The pool and pool beds in a nice garden setting were actually the best feature of the hotel. Enough space for various people enjoying it at the same time. Quite acceptable dinners and drinks are served on the terasse. In general, quite a practical, once nicely desigend place for families wishing to do excursions to and around Fez.
Cons: Several room facilities/features looked like just being kept working for many years without much charme, taste or care. no bed lights for one of the beds (we had opted for a better bigger room). just one piece of soap for three...Our room was not tidied up during the day. Breakfast rather simple and standarized: bread, butter, jam, piece of cheap supermarket cheese, ... no eggs offered, neither the coffe nor the tea were really good, no fresh orange juice. Internet worked somtimes, on other occasions poorly. the place is only 14km from the centre of town but it takes easily 25-30min by car...
Excellent 9,2
Cons: It was a 40minutes drive to the centre of Fez. Nice swimming pool !
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our 2-night stay was just wonderful. We felt just like home. The riad is so good that we decided to skip going to Fes and just relax by the pool and in the garden. There's a fruit garden full of plums, figues and pomegranates, also olive orchards. The dinner was very good - we were served delicious tadjines.
Cons: The breakfast was sub par - mostly bread.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The garden setting & decor were nice
Cons: The room was cold when we arrived & most of the night. Small floor heater only. The heater in the bathroom did not work! We ran out of hot water mid shampoo.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very close to the airport. Helpful staff and nice, spacious rooms.
Good 7,9
Pros: The convenient option of having dinner on property
Cons: They messed up with the bill and tried to overcharge
Excellent 8,8
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Excellent and beautiful garden and pool. Clean room and bathroom. Good location close to the airport and they arranged transport for us. We would highly recommend spending an extra night here so you can relax and be close to th airport!
Cons: We had a very early flight but they weren't able to arrange any food, even something small.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent food and superb staff. This riad is 30 minutes from Fez, surrounded by gardens and very quiet.
Good 6,3
Pros: This Riad is a pleasant contrast to the hectic Medina of Fes. After a visit to the city center you can enjoy an oasis with great food, friendly staff and a nice outdoor swimming pool. I would certainly recommend to combine the two for a great stay in/around Fes.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed doing various trips by taxi to Volubilis and other sites, including to the mountains.
Cons: We were unlucky with the weather which meant that it was too cold and windy to sit by the pool for much of our four day stay. We feel it is a priority for the hotel to finish landscaping the garden and hotel grounds.
Good 6,3
Pros: Very friendly staff, great food, large room
Cons: Near the airport (and I think soon near some bigger road as we saw work in progress) but still quiet as a bit away from the city. If you need central location and don't have car it might not really be your choice, but if you have a car location if good as from this peaceful area in 10-15 min yu can easily reach big parking in the center of Fes (inside medina walls).
Good 7,0
Pros: Good service, relax location, nice rooms for a good price. Good breakfast.
Cons: The hotel is not near the city of Fez. Difficult to find. No restaurants in the aera. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The choice is limited. But good.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: it was a very nice riad where you get a lot of personal attention from the employees.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Brilliant!!!! We have been traveling for over 6 months now and this is the best accomodation that we have had anywhere in Europe and Africa!! The hosts of the Riad are the most generous and wonderful people we have met on our tour across the world! The rooms are plush. Extremely comfortable and very large. The food is a gastronomic delight and is the most wonderful food we had in Morocco. This is the most wonderful boutique accomodation that I have ever stayed in. You must treat yourself to this amazing experience!!!
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7,6
Pros: We definitely like the hearty welcome of the staff and owners. The place is new, nice, well decorated and the food is excellent (typically morrocan). The bedrooms are very clean, with air conditioning and our bathroom was really big and beautiful. The swimming pool is truly appreciable at the end of the day after the excitation of Fes city center!
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8,0
Pros: First-rate in all respects. The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful; the riad is beautifully designed and furnished and the cuisine was the best we have experienced in Morocco. A good pool and rural environment completed a relaxing and invigorating stay.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8,0
Pros: This hotel was 15 minutes away from Fes. It was a beautiful place where the owners were very attentive to our needs. It was as, if you arrive to visit a friend, who wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The place was very quiet and tranquil and had a nice design! Our rooms were lovely! We ate Moroccan food at the hotel which was cooked just for us and it was delicious...it was like eating at a morrocan house!!! When I go back to Fes, i will surely visit them again...

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Avoid this hotel. Worst experience ever. This hotel is way over rated. We stayed in the room 16. The room was not even floored. It was raw cement. The light in the bathroom was broken, so it was literally dark in the bathroom and we had to use our cellphone flashlight. The location is so remote. We arrived at night. There was about 1 km with no street lamps. Nothing around the hotel. It’s in the middle of no where. We had to eat our dinner at the hotel. Food tastes terrible and very expensive.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The pool and area was excellent! Food was delicious! Rooms very comfortable.
Cons: It would be interesting to have the possibility of renting bicycles! Also to have snacks available during the day!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property was beautiful and new. We finished out our 8 day northern Morocco vacation here. It was a perfect ending to a busy trip. We stayed here 1 night before heading to the airport. It is an easy 15min taxi drive to the airport and it’s peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to relax. There is a beautiful pool which we did not enjoy because we stayed here the first part of March and it was too cold. If you are planning to go into Fes this is not the place for you. It is quite inconvenient from downtown. It was perfect for us as we had already done all our sight seeing and were looking for a place to unwind before our flight home. The food was good. They had a mix of Western and Moroccan dishes. My son enjoyed the spaghetti. It was a nice break after eating Moroccan food all week. The breakfast was good as well. The rooms were huge with all the western amenities. Overall we were very pleased.
Cons: It’s a bit far from town or any other restaurants. So we had to eat at the restaurant on site. It was good food, but a bit overpriced.

Pros: Location and decor
Cons: Rooms were cold even with AC
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location Kindness and professionalism of Khadija and Imane : lovely girls and really helpful. Breakfast : very tasty Terrasse Private parking
Cons: Cold room as there is no direct sun that goes in No hot water until the morning after asking Imane to assit us : she fixed the issue really fast. Weak internet in the room
Okay 4,0
Pros: Located in the middle of the new city of Fez. It was somehow calm inside.
Cons: We did not, indeed, like the hospitality of the staff, they have not even introduce themselves and you don't feel welcomed at all. And what is more worse is that they cheated us with the taxi to the airport because together with the taxi driver we were charged with double price as the normal tarif. I will never book Dar Aliane again.
Good 7,0
Pros: Staff was friendly. Breakfest came fast time that we asked at morning
Cons: Building was bit cold
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful place and amazing friendly hosts! Will be back for sure!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff were very helpful, we were served delicious breakfast and the location was good, albeit a bit difficult to find. Close to CTM bus station with connections to other cities. Overall would recommend.
Cons: There was an issue with hot water the first night we stayed, but it was fixed as soon as we let them know.
Okay 4,2
Pros: Breakfast and staff
Cons: Insects are flying. Room is dim.
Okay 5,0
Pros: 24h service. Had aircon and hairdryer.
Cons: Our room was next to reception and we could hear the phone ringing and all the people coming in and out. The area for breakfast was very cold. The staff told us overcharged prices for taxi and a bottle of water. The mattress was uncomfortable.
Good 6,0
Pros: Lovely staff and tasty breakfast
Cons: Unpleasant smell coming from bathroom
Okay 5,7
Pros: The staff where very friendly & helpful - especially when I was unwell -they showed concern for me & happy to help where possible. Secure hotel with gates that needed to opened by staff. Very quiet at night, Free WIFI. Loved the inner courtyard area with big couches. Breakfast average. Taxi to medina approx 9DH.
Cons: No tourist information available - maps etc.
Good 7,3
Pros: Staff was very friendly, we had a great stay. The hotel is located near some excellent moroccon restaurants, and a 10 min taxi drive from the medina.
Cons: We couldn't get the wifi to work, but there are cybercafe's close by. The airport shuttle wasn't there to pick us up, they said there was an accident. Getting to Fez from the airport by taxi was no problem.
Good 7,3
Pros: Comfortable, perfect, very nice riad, very good to 2-3 days stay in Fes.Nice end spacious room and the same bathroom.
Good 6,3
Pros: The position of the hotel: 5 minutes driving from the most interesting part of the medina. Many shops and cafe were just few steps far from the hotel. The hotel is new, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is huge ad delicious. Both forniture in the hotel and in the room is very fine.
Cons: Some troubles occurred to reach the hotel at our arrival. It is better to get there with a detailed map of the area where the Hotel is located. People in the nearby don't know the position of the Hotel and give indication for Medina.
Good 7,3
Pros: staff speaks not good english but they were really kind and nice!! room was really ncie. i could have good arabian night. and garden was also really comfortable
Cons: it was really difficult to find the hotel.
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Wrong info on the website: the hotel is not close to the train station. It sounds like a tricky lie. Moreover, the hotel manager is completely incompetent, sadly enough not in a Fawlty Towers style.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Breakfast was yummy
Cons: Not the place to stay if you're trying to see the Medina, or Fez, really. If you just need a place to crash, fine.
Okay 5,6
Pros: The courtyard and the common area were beautiful, while the breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The front desk girls whose English was not great came across as very helpful and friendly so we had no problem with anything that we needed.
Cons: The bathroom is of decent size but the shower space is very small. When you move around in the shower, it is hard not to touch the water lever which could be very hot.

Pros: Despite the many negatives, I must say that the hotels decor and view from the rooms was absolutely beautiful. It felt so calm and peaceful waking up to a beautiful view.
Cons: I booked 3 rooms in total. All of which had wires exposed near the sockets. It was very dangerous. In one of the rooms, the sofa set had lost colour & was basically falling apart. The most expensive room out of all three the "junior suite" had no fridge but the others did

Cons: All good.
Good 6,0
Pros: Not much...
Cons: The toilet is dirty, my shower was broken, I have to ask to fix it...I ask a balcony when I booked it, I have to ask for it when they give me a lousy room. The manager was very good though.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Head Receptionist, Mouna, was particularly helpful.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The hotel was generally pleasant and the staff helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The hotel was further away from the Medina than expected—I thought it was advertised as a 15 minute walk, but instead it was a 15 minute taxi ride. (Or perhaps I misread?)
Good 7,0
Pros: Staff, restaurant and location
Cons: The smell in the bathroom. Very tall pillows
Good 6,0
Pros: Excellent manners of staff whether it was the cleaner or receptionist. Everyone was very friendly and extrememly helpfu. Room service very good.
Cons: On one particular night there was some noisy neighbours who had arrived quite late and they kept going from one to the other room for at least an hour, so everytime they opened the door with the electronic keep you could hear zupp, zupp, probably someone was ill... as you could also hear the flushing of the toilet constantly...
Good 6,0
Pros: the hotel very clean, the staff very good and nice. the hotel is very near to the medina, the taxi service very good-
Cons: the only thing is the room is little.
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: Good location/comfortable bed/easy to find/comfortable breakfast room/close to shops, restarants/when we asked to change room they did so immediately

Pros: Very centred location , easy parking
Cons: Poor breakfast
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room was cleaned thorough with fresh linen each day
Cons: It was a fair distance from the Old Medina
Good 7,1
Pros: It is close to the shopping areas and it is safe, Khadija the domestic staff was very nice and the cooks (2 men and 1 woman) were very nice. There was an older gentleman working at reception who was very helpful and yassine was helpful too. Soufyan was very nice as well.
Cons: Overall it was OK but when I returned to England, I received a phone call from the hotel staff (kamal) saying I owed them money and that I need to pay. I explained that I paid in full, I have a receipt to prove it and the money has been taken out of my bank account, but he called me a liar. This was very unprofessional and basically rude. My advice is when you pay, keep all receipts, otherwise kamal will be phoning you and calling you a liar.
Good 7,0
Pros: It was western style business motel. There was a lift. Resonable price.
Cons: Every Moroco hotel doesn’t clean sheets. Same as here :( Just one day was enough.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Although close to everything downtown it was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable.
Cons: Would be nice to have screens on the window to keep out flies when we open the window to get fresh air. Although the room was smoke free I could smell plenty of smoke from other rooms and up from the terrace and pool area - would be nice to separate a bit more.

Cons: Service was not good
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location
Cons: Bad WiFi ; Poor bed quality ; noise

Cons: It wasn't clean, and the bed was very close to the toilet. I felt unsafe, as the door of the room has no lock from the inside, the lock is only from the outside of the room.

Cons: The wi-fi was poor and only available in the lobby.

Pros: It is a good hotel with fine facilities and reasonably well kept rooms. the pool is a plus.

Pros: Property very good we will stay there again
Okay 4,0
Pros: location is pretty good
Cons: The staff were rude. interrupted conversations with me to help other customers. Refused to speak at some point--I got the impression it was due to my lack of facility with the locally spoken languages. I was told I couldn't check in until 3pm, which is not an unusual thing. I was also told they would not hold luggage until then. While I was trying to check in another customer came to desk stating he'd just checked in, and upon having seen the room he wanted his money back.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My room was perfect, overlooking the pool. Amazingly comfortable. Great choice at breakfast. Helpful staff
Cons: Wish I’d been able to stay longer this time.

Good 7,0
Pros: really friendly and supportive team, good traditinal food, nice and comfortable room, small but always clean swimming pool
Cons: the only one disadvantage is the location; it takes about 30 min to get to the city center, if you have a car it's a problem at all
Good 7,3
Pros: The reception by the family and the food were simply excellent.
Cons: The location and lack of local knowledge by taximen of its location were slight problems.
Good 6,3
Pros: Staff were welcoming, making you feel comfortable in their home/hotel. The gardens were beautiful, and the swimming pool an excellent place to relax after a long day. The place was quiet and intimate.
Cons: A small plus would be the ability to have a beer or glass of wine with dinner.
Okay 5,3
Pros: The welcome and hospitality of the family was exceptional and once inside it was like a little oasis of rustic charm.
Cons: If want to explore medina really need to have a car as a good half hour drive away from pretty much everything.
Good 7,0
Pros: Jnane N'zaha is a very relaxing and quiet place. The room is romantically furnished and the garden is beautiful. The owners do all they can to make you feel at home and the breakfast is delicious in a very nice setting. You will feel like a king or a queen or a royal couple !

Pros: Jamal and family were friendly and accomodating and welcomed all of their guests as though they were also from extended family. It was a real treat. The breakfast was incredible, the room gorgeous... I had a wonderful, calm and relaxing time at Jnane N'zaha Fes!
Cons: My first night i was very taken aback by the distance of the hotel from central Fes... but after I was treated like royalty by the family I soon forgot about my usual love of chaotic, city life.... this was just the place I needed... but didnt realise how much until I was there!

Pros: Hotel nice
Cons: Was good i was looking for some to eat i can't fund road need more safe and clean thanks
Good 7,1
Pros: The room was okay, bed comfortable for one night. Swimming pool across the road, looked really nice. Lobby area of hotel beautiful, then you heard to the rooms, make you think you've gone elsewhere.... Didn't have breakfast.
Cons: Bath tub was terribly stained, took a lot to get into it to have a wash. No shower curtain/glass. Found the chambermaid in the room chilling when we check in lol - I don't know who was more embarrassed!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Only one little problem: air conditioner no work perfectly
Okay 4,2
Pros: Breakfast was horrible. For less than the amount of 50 dirhams you can have a luxurious breakfast outside the hotel.
Cons: Airconditioning was right above our heads. Rooms were very outdated. Toilet downstairs at the entrance smelled like pee.
Good 7,9
Pros: Very close to the Bus Station, relatively close to the Airport and located in an interesting neighborhood. Exquisite accomodation. Lovely decoration in a lofty room with a large bed and a comforting bathroom.
Cons: Price slightly above average for Fès, but the output is fair. A frigo would do good.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The staff were really helpful and professional. The reception helped us to find cash points and to print our boarding passes. The food was nice
Cons: There is no wifi in the rooms. On the advert it does say 'free wifi in communal areas' but like many people probably, I didn't read this property to mean no wifi in rooms. Even though clearly a lot of money has been spent on the reception and bar area, the rooms are dated, gloomy and the TV had very bad reception. It also appeared to be only us and one other family staying there on a Saturday night.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The pool, the lobby
Cons: We are newlyweds so we stayed for 1 night, we can't tell you what we didn't like
Good 6,0
Pros: The beds were comfy..we had a big bath tub and we enjoyed it
Cons: The breakfast was poor not too much choices

Pros: No a/c, smelly like damp, nooooooo wifi they claim they have WiFi but both days it said no internet connection. Place is always dark and no people. Staff seemed like they didn’t care not friendly. Never again.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The team is at the level of a 5-star hotel.. especially those assigned to receive Menem..Muna..Leban..Mary ... Frankly, they make you wish to return
Cons: ras
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent hotel. The hotel and staff were outstanding. Mr. Muhammad from the reception was brilliant. Always very welcoming, kind and very helpful. We loved everything about this hotel except the location. This hotel is located in Ville Nouvelle so its not very close to old Medina. It would be ideal if you can find a hotel like this near the Old Medina. Old Medina is the best place to be if you want enjoy Fes and Morocco. Overall this is still a excellent hotel. Thank you Ramada Fes for the warm hospitality.
Cons: Excellent hospitality from staff. Mr Muhammad from reception especially.
Okay 5,3
Pros: Nice staff, good location.
Cons: The hotel is not so bad, although I would not rate it at the five stars it is supposed to have. There were minor problems (broken bath tub, tv remote control, bathroom waste bin), but my main objection concerns the breakfast. Here's what happened: During booking on this website, I selected the breakfast option (€15 per person per night). It turns out that if you book breakfast at the hotel, you only pay two thirds of this. In other words, the package deal is more expensive than if you order the room and breakfast separately. When we discovered this, the hotel insisted on the price agreed on booking.com. So regardless of who makes money on this, do not under any circumstance click the breakfast option when booking the hotel!!
Good 7,0
Pros: Quality fittings in room with a touch of Moroccan style
Cons: No free internet access

Pros: Location & staff
Cons: Bathroom facilities need to be improved.
Okay 5,7
Pros: staff helpful, Location central, breakfast presentation-poor,choice very poor, only place where yogart at room temprature and i ended up being sick.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The location is good. The rooms are big and it's nice to have a bath in the room.
Cons: This probably once was a very good hotel, but it's aged poorly. The rooms are fine, but faded - they seem set in not only another decade, but several decades ago. It's not great value for money - the rooms once might have justified higher prices, but not anymore. In our room there was a lot of noise from the water system (a loud growning).
Okay 5,0
Cons: Restaurant not open on time, tried to charge me again on checkout, cleaner disturbed me early in the morning without knocking
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Nothing, staff tried to make us pay the full amount when we found alternative accomodation, which was totally out of order
Cons: Swimming Pool is the size of a child's paddling pool. A pool was the main reason we booked this hotel, appropriately no phote on website!! Definately not 4*, lucky to be 3* ?? Air con system was so old it rattled.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I liked the friendly staff and easy access location downtown Algeciras and the value for money.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: Just keeping the normal hotel style (sometimes the service at Riad is too friendly and if you want to keep certain distance and receive average service this is the one)
Cons: Not applicable as 4star hotel. Staff not friendly, I asked them to help flight reconfirmation and they tried to charge us the telephone fee which they called from the reception desk!!! I have never experienced that. They also do not rend ironing facility (in case of bad treatment and fire etc, is this the trend?) Their amenity was also poor, didn't really look like 4 star hotel.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful.

Pros: A friendly and professional staff at front desk! A safe parking not to worry about your vehicle! Large and big garden with nice pool!
Okay 4,0
Pros: Fabulous view of fez , lovely balcony
Cons: Hard beds, no hot water until evening, very tired building, no soundproofing, breakfast unappetizing, overcharged for room, room had no tea coffee facilities or spa bath even though it advertises that
Okay 5,0
Pros: The interior Deco was really nice. 1950’s Moroccan style. Views were great.
Cons: Rooms were not that clean, toilet was not cleaned properly, food was not that great. Service was odd, they always had to ask permission from the restaurant to bring us room service. Even though the hotel info had room service. Bed was uncomfortable, we only had two hand towels the first night. No bath robes. No mini bar or drinks in the mini bar. We were not allowed to have breakfast on the balcony that had a beautiful view. For a four star hotel it lacked the basics. Staff were not that welcoming except for Yousef was a gentleman.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Person at the reception booked a taxi for us which costed more than twice at compared to what I would normally pay to go to the old town
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent in many ways. Very good.

Cons: Rooms very good Also swimming pool And garden
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rude unhelpful staff. Took ages to convert the amount we had to pay in pounds. Then next day another woman tried charging us again. Did not reply to emails beforehand. Was told by reception lady that soya milk would be provided however no soya milk was given. Limited cold breakfast. Waiter was very dirty sneezing into his hands.

Poor 1,0
Pros: The staff were friendly
Cons: Extremely noisy hotel- the bar plays very loud music till 1a.m, regardless of my many pleas to get it turned down Very little hot water in the bathroom Bathtub could not be filled as plug and fittings were broken T.V was broken but replaced by staff Just a horrible, nerve- wracking experience
Good 7,5
Cons: The music was loud till 1 am !! not too practical for people who sleeps early
Okay 5,0
Pros: for the money- excellent hotel. The room was tidy and nice. Location quite convenient, a nice restaurant that the staff recommended us nearby.
Cons: There is a club in the hotel, so it was extremely loud every night (including Monday night). Also, in the room booklet, it states that the dinner is till 11, which we accounted for, while in fact, it was till 10. Room doors were locking, but problematically and looked unreliable. We forgot some important stuff in the hotel, but when asked to send it to the near city via post- were rejected as "it's hard to do".

Pros: Easy access
Cons: Loud night club downstairs
Okay 4,6
Pros: Location is about 10 minutes away from the train station, which is good.
Cons: No Wifi in the rooms. Rusted pipes resulted in brown water when taking a shower. Poorly appointed rooms. The hotel lobby is dead and dark always. Not many good restaurants around.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Some friendly staff
Cons: Some staff where very rude. The bath tub was rusty, squeaky doors, no working AC, stuffy hallway and room, dirty bed covers, sub standard breakfast, old run down furniture, not working plumbing in bathroom, smokey rooms and restaurant.

Okay 5,3
Pros: The hotel was well clean, room was in excellent condition.
Cons: Telephone was not working; no internet facility.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Don´t go to this hotel, it´s totally crap.
Okay 5,3
Pros: The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully done. The location is good (close by the main avenue in the Ville Nouvelle in Fez). There are many restaurants and cafes close by. Just by room only for this hotel!
Cons: Breakfast was very poor for a 4* hotel - it was just a bit better than a hostel breakfast in terms of variety (E.G. sliced cheese, yogurt, ham, fruit, etc were not available ). The quality of the products was bellow expected and products was deteriorated (E.G. melt butter). The service in the restaurant is now existing (E.G. the waiters are sited chatting while the guests need food or utensils / the tables are full of food and there is no place to sit)
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: the big bed
Cons: there was no answer for room service. There was no phone connection in the rooms. No sattelite tv channels as expected.
Mediocre 3,0

Good 6,0
Pros: Located near the citycenter.
Cons: Very simple breakfast.
Okay 4,4
Pros: cleanliness of the room, quite good location
Cons: Very unpleasant and the staff is incompetent. They could no find my reservation, wanted more money than it was on booking.com, check in took 30 minutes and on the face of the guy at the reception you will see a great reluctance to quests. Generally they are far from the level of customer service to which Europeans are accustomed. On the ground floor is a night club. This does not bother me because I sleep like a stone, but many guests complain that they could not sleep because of loud music all night. If you would like to access the internet - 4,5 Euro per 24 h.

Mediocre 2,5
Pros: NOTHING! NADA! NULLA!
Cons: This „hotel“ is like an accommodation for homeless people. You are not able to sleep, wash or sit in room number 506 and 507. The shower is not working in room 507. The toilet is not working in room 506. We found pie of somebody else in this room. There was only one towel for one person. The room is not a double bed room as we‘ve booked in booking.com. It was the most horroble hotel I‘ve ever seen. The receptionist was unfriendly and not interested to solve this problem or to give another room. The hotel owner was laughing about the circumstances they offered us and did not care about anything. She even didn‘t want to give us the money back we paid for the hotel til we started a discussion and fight for our right. Do not book this hotel ever ever ever in Fés and especially when King of Morocco is visiting Fès.

Pros: Center location
Cons: A very loud bar downstairs, rooms alarm locks went on all night , very loud ,

Poor 1,0
Pros: Only the bar at first floor
Cons: The room was absolutely disgusting, lots of broken tiles and damages in the walls, the beddings and towel were worn out and their color turned to disgusting yellow. Room at night was very cold as there was no heating and no extra cover. There was nothing in the bathroom apart from a tiny piece of soap and one cheap roll of toilet paper.
