Levent Hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful where ever they were able to be. A cot was provided on request, nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely though a little disappointed there was no juices or meat available (we love Turkish sausages and salami). Easy to get a taxi outside and a short 15-20min walk to the harbour so a good location. Small market/shop just beside the hotel so we could easily get snacks, water etc. Was also great we had a little fridge in the room though very small and not that cold, it was enough to keep water and juices in. Views were absolutely stunning, we were in a room that overlooked the sea and also another balcony with a view of the pool and mountains.

We booked a family room, the age of the children were stated, I understand this hotel is not usually one that allows children, but with 2 children under 5, a buggy and myself being pregnant having a room on the top floor with about 4 flight of stairs to climb was very very difficult. We didnt ask for a room change to be fair but didnt expect a family room to be on the top floor. I also emailed to ask twice about facilities to make tea or coffee in our room which were not responded to. It was a shame we couldn't get tea or coffee other then at breakfast and there was nothing close enough to just grab one when we felt like it. The advert stated rook service but didnt mention this was only seasonal, though the young boy was helpful in helping us order a takeaway. Also pool wasnt too clean. Though it wasnt warm enough to swim in much with the season. Though generally the weather is great, when we had a day or 2 of very heavy rain, though there is shelter at the terrace (open along sides) when very heavy rain, your unable to sit there as the rain gets in.

The staff is very helpful and friendly plus they let us do an earlier check-in and left us sandwiches for our trip, thank you! Good location, nice view and breakfast , WIFI was fast.
