Front desk was friendly, they even kindly gave us the 2 more pillows we requested because my son builds forts with them. Biggest negative was the pool was closed for cleaning every morning, would open in the afternoon. The first day it made sense, but the second morning after we had swam the night before we suited up and headed to the pool to find it closed once again. Very frustrating for young k...

Pros (+) The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The breakfast staff did a good job keeping things full and they were very friendly. She asked if there was anything that we needed.
Cons (-) The room, #204 was directly about the generator. Which meant there was a constant hmm and vibration in the room. This made it hard to sleep, or even concentrate. There was no attempt at check out to do anything for us when we made this known. The clerk acknowledged he knew about the problem in advance. Not happy.....this room should not be open for rental to anyone, period.
