Pros (+) The staff was kind and polite
Cons (-) I specifically requested a non-smoking room because of health issues. I was given a room in a building where, even though the sticker on the door states non-smoking if was definitely a smokers room, complete with ash tray and all. But it was supposedly their last room. Very disappointed. But it was late and I needed a place. Apparently there is a different building that is truly for non smokers.
