9,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing and all the staff was super friendly. I didn't see facilities the highest possible was because of the pool.
Cons: The pool looks much larger in pictures and is supposedly heated. Pool was very small and very cold. But I didn't use them. Kids did but spent most if the time in the hot tub because of the pool temp.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was eager to be helpful and accommodating. The room was well appointed and exceeded standard quality. The hotel featured the expected big-city amenities despite being located in a small city far from major urban areas.
Cons: It isn’t really the fault of Marriott, just an unfortunate location issue: when arriving or leaving you drive right past a very run-down motel. This degrades the overall feel of the area which would otherwise be great with the Courtyard surrounded by comparable neighbors.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was nice, clean and more than comfortable.
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice decor.
Cons: Thermostat in our room didn't work.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Yes 99 dollar mattress not even pillow toped one and it smelled like raw sewage really should be refunded the cost would not recommend it to any one when staff was told she didnt even offer us orher rooms had to beg for breakfast voucher that I paid for
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All hotels should be this good. Well built building, great room, solid feel, quiet, even next door to the elevator.
Cons: No. I loved this hotel, and I'm kinda picky.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel was very clean.
7,0 Good
Pros: Clean room, dark shades.
Cons: Coffee pot is complex. (at least for first thing in the morning.) Minimal condiments for the coffee. Only breakfast available is the over priced "Bistro". No coffee in the lobby, just the over priced "Bistro".
7,0 Good
Cons: I reserved a room for 4 people but there were only 2 towels in the room. We got in late and just wanted to get to bed so 2 of us had to dry off with hand towels
1,0 Poor
Pros: The room was nice. The pool and hot tub were broken - looked nice from outside. The breakfast cafe only had half the menu items available, but the breakfast was good. The lobby was a fun meeting area, but a random drunk guy sat in the middle of our group.
Cons: I reserved and paid for the room in advance. When I arrived, it only had one bed, not two, and so I had to pay extra. They then charged my card three additional times, as if I was staying eight nights, not two. I finally had to dispute the charges.
7,0 Good
Pros: The staff was great and the rooms were comfy & clean.
Cons: They really didn't know how to make a cocktail. It's probably best to stick with beer or wine.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms, clean.
Cons: No free breakfast

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice clean enjoyable stay
5,4 Okay
Cons: We finally got into our room. My husband and i were chatting and someone knocked on our door and before we could answer the door a guy used his card key and let himself in!! It was some guy changing out the hardware to hang the iron, etc. He said he would come back later. Just very weird that someone would let themselves into our room. Then someone had a dog that wouldn't stop barking. Of course we were put right across from the elevator. I think for those of us who book on sites to get better deals get treated differently and the hotels see that and give you the crappier rooms. This stay was not good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Upon checking in I was oriented to all the amenities and informed of the hours for the pool and bar. The room was amazing and very clean. Highly recommend this place
Cons: Would be better if the pool hours were longer.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was close to everything. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have microwave & fridge in each room.
Cons: The only draw back was being awaken the first morning of our stay by a yapping dog in the hallway or close to our room. We had the understanding that pets were NOT to be allowed unless it was a service dog. Service dogs do not yap!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet.
Cons: No
8,0 Excellent

Pros: Hostess on duty the evening I checked in was very professional and experienced. Check in was quick and easy. She was very informative with all my questions. Excellent visit.

Cons: Shower without a tub which is fine but the floor/bottom of the shower felt like it was going to break
10,0 Excellent

5,7 Okay
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: No shampoo,1 washcloth for 2 people. Was told that the only way the prices could be kept low was ro charge guests for wi-fi and if I wanted it free I should have stayed at the Hilton.
7,9 Good
Cons: Noise from interstate price
4,6 Okay
Cons: From the moment I walked in the hotel staff at the front desk was horrendous with a very bad attitude making me want to leave the office as soon as humanly possible. Will never come back
7,0 Good
Pros: friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds.
Cons: some ice in the parking lot--a bit slippery next to our car.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was good. No food. Heater was overdone.
Cons: Heater was on high when I got there. I kept turning it down but finally had to turn it off.
4,0 Okay
Cons: They never once cleaned the bathroom or anything else the whole time we were there, which was 5 days. They only took out the trash. Only made bed once. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. Was told there would be an extra charge. The wifi was terrible. Had to go to a different place of business to use internet.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Clean, remodeled, bright welcoming.
Cons: No heat made the experience hard. Huddling under a blanket in a cold Wyoming night is not optimal for my 70 yr. mom. Heard a hotel guest talk about the cocaine they were going to smoke as they entered their room Could not stand outside and talk on phon
6,0 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and priced right
Cons: No complaints, considering the price.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: It was the best value in a hotel Room that I had ever had because it didn't have all the amenities the other hotels have, and I never use. Is extremely clean and the staff was an awesome!
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No breakfast bar
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: I did like anything it smelt like melee in the room and rotten Eggs and there was mold stains in the room it was horrible
5,6 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly and efficient
Cons: Hotel is busy due to oilfield crews. Normal noise, disruptions and behavior accompany these types of people. Room smelled of smoke. Price was very high due to the influx of oilfield workers and the ability of the hotels to charge much higher rates. Best advice that I can give is to keep driving and avoid these areas below Buffalo, Wyoming past Wheatland, Wyoming or prepare to pay twice as much for a fair to mediocre hotel room. If you absolutely HAVE to get stuck there, you had better book early or you may find yourself sleeping in your car!

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Ease of checkin. Staff were great!
Cons: One (1) elevator for entire hotel. Hotel has 4 floors. Long waits for elevator. Once on everyone crowded on because they knew it would be a bit for the next one. I have a daughter whose handicap limits her use of the stairs.
7,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good. Great location.
Cons: The hot tub was not very warm.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location and plenty of parking.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The breakfast was fine and the staff quite patient as I dealt with a mechanical issue.
Cons: When I arrived at the Casper I booked a room at Holiday Inn Express to avoid the maintenance issues often associated with the discount chains. I SPECIFICALLY wanted a hot bath after a LONG and difficult day of travel. I was placed in room 315 and, when I went to draw the bath, there was no drain stopper in the tub. I called the front desk, where they offered a discount and a room switch to room 319. This was around midnight. When I arrived in room 319, I discovered that the faucet was damaged and there was no hot water in the tub, though the bathroom sink worked fine. The next morning at checkout, the front desk staff chose to make excuses about how abnormal the situation was. I know this. As I said earlier, this is why I chose HIE in the first place. Unfortunately, rather than just making it right, the morning staff seemed more interested in signing me up for IHG Rewards. I took the option and the supposed points, only to discover the next day that there are NO points on my IHG account. I am livid and am considering not staying at ANY IHG hotel ever again. I will certainly not be staying at the Casper location again and recommend other travelers use caution as well.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We're always satisfied with this hotel and staff are wonderful. Breakfast is good. And one thing that I always notice is that the hot tub and pool are functional and well maintained
9,0 Excellent
Pros: fair value for the money. All good and as expected. I have no idea why anyone would not give this hotel a very good rating.

6,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was an upgraded continental and the service was amazing. All courtesy staff was great to work with. When there were issues brought to their attention, they did their best to resolve it. Rooms was clean, adequate towels were provided, and most staff was courteous and friendly.
Cons: The room heat would not adjust properly. We would have to turn it on and off it was never consistent. Told it just needed to be on Auto. We had it on Auto and it would not ever shut off and the temperature was not consistent. We did not ask for this to be fixed, we just worked with what we had. Just like the heater, my shower was filled with inconsistent water temperatures, scalding to freezing. There was an issue with billing, I asked to pre-auth with one card and pay with another and even though I gave them the other card, my first credit card was billed and had to be credited back. A vagrant came to the trash bin outside. He grabbed little green packages out of it, as if he expected them to be there. Room down from us was left open all night and had a wake up alarm going off this morning, When I mentioned it, I was told no one was in the room. Why didn't security catch that this door was open all night. Maybe more security sweeps of hallways. Rooms could be a little more noise resistant. You could hear and see everything going by (light coming from under the doors) we had a suite so two doors with light shining through. One major concern was when going to get an additional key only asked for room # and name. Had a family member get a key this way as well, who was not even staying in our room? Just gave them the room # and they asked him the last name he provided it and was given a key. Pool was closed due to broken glass, but the door was left unlocked, no one had consistent times of when it would re-open, and everyone seemed to want to point fingers instead of resolve the situation. When the manager on duty came to talk to us about it at our request. His demeanor was to be angry with us for questioning the staff, also not aware of why we had concerns about how the situation was being handled. He was berating employees and their supervisor in front of us, instead of taking responsibility.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to river walk
