Car was not ready, had to wait till it was cleaned. Car wash quality was horrible. Car itself was beaten up from all sizes, it was hard to follow all cracks and scratches. Have no complains for staff in the airport tho. Was very helpful and understanding.Reviewed Apr 19 2024

Everything was fine the pick up and drop off except that I booked a Seat Ateca or similar and i got a Fiat tipo which is smaller but they insisted thats its the same category the boot space in the Seat Ateca is 510 liters while its 440 in the Fiat.. In addition to that the car is smaller than the Seat. As i said everything was good except that i dont think i got an intermediate SUV. As i always encounter if the selected car is not available i should be upgraded not downgraded. Thank youReviewed Apr 17 2024

Car was great, everyone was friendly. Pickup and drop off was good, except I wasn't given any paperwork even after requesting. I know why, now. When I received the invoice via e-mail later that day, I was charged for 2 items of insurance, even though I was never asked if I wanted them. The one-way (different drop-off location than pick-up location) 150 euro fee is excessive. For any future trips, we will not rent a car to avoid the one-way fee and leave from a nearby airport.Reviewed Apr 13 2024

I was looking for airport pick up and drop off. This is what it said on the booking, however, it was a shuttle bus ride away. I asked if there was any special instructions, they said no. But I then needed them to come and show me where the start button was, it was hidden by the steering wheel. I asked if the lights were automatic. They needed to turn them on. I asked about the petrol, they said you push the cover to open, but you don’t, I needed to pull the leaver on the floor in the drivers side. They said the car was in bay 55 it wasn’t and even they needed to walk around the bays to find it.Reviewed Apr 13 2024

You have to pay a deposit of $2000 . I was only renting the car for one day .. usually I get full coverage everywhere I’ve rented a car but they went overboard with that . I don’t know if that’s in all of Bolivia but it was crazyReviewed Apr 12 2024
