The location was good, although it was further into the old town than I expected. Our hostess Michelle was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The garden is pretty and there are plenty of nice places to sit and enjoy it.
The garden room was much smaller and darker than it appears on the photos. The layout of the room was kind of weird--the entrance was in the bathroom! The jetted tub was quite old and although it functions, it really should be replaced. One of the grab handles was missing and the holes were covered with duct tape. The tub was HUGE (insufficient hot water to fill it if your neighbor uses theirs), but the separate shower was so tiny that my husband would not fit in there. The space could really be utilized better. Guests have no control over the temperature and we were quite cold the first night. The garden room has many steps that you have to carry your bags up and down, not a good fit for people with mobility issues.
This place was very nice and pet friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. First time we stayed in a B&B and will most certainly stay at another one.
the tub didn't drain very fast so standing in water was bad. other than that no complaints
The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Better than hotel breakfast by far. The location was a short drive from downtown.
The host was really nice and our room was gorgeous. This is not the Victorian decor - much more modern, which is SO HARD to find in B&Bs. The food was great and it was all around wonderfully comfortable. A beautiful property that is a leisurely 15-minute walk into Eureka Springs proper.
The breakfast was very tasty. The location is close to downtown and restaurants.
A little noisy; could hear things going on upstairs and next door.
