Pros (+) Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have coffee in the lobby 24/7, cookies in the evening, a warm breakfast with choices of food (even if it was to-go). Also appreciated ability to reserve the fitness room, and that there were free weights in there (other hotels have taken them out).
Cons (-) Location is hard to get in and out of, due to one-way streets

Pros (+) We liked the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional.
Cons (-) They advertised a free shuttle to the airport but didn't have it available till later then our need of one at 4:15 am. We had to pay an extra $30 we had not anticipated. Taxi took long way to airport telling us it would be faster. It wasn't. Our choice of this hotel was made on having a shuttle available, so we were disappointed.

Cons (-) My car almost got towed because the staff neglected to give me a parking pass. Did not know one was needed so that would have been a huge bummer Was a bit pricey also Bummer that the jacuzzi jets were not working

Pros (+) The staff were friendly, the room was super clean and well kept, the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus too.
