Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the comfortable beds and the hotel's convenient location next to Lidl and public transport. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, especially with carpets and bathrooms, and frequent unpleasant odors. Several guests also reported problems with the bathrooms, including broken showers and poor maintenance. While the check-in process was generally smooth, some found the service impersonal or unresponsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for short stays if comfort and location are priorities, but improvements in cleanliness and bathroom facilities are needed.
