Pros (+) The staff was extremely helpful, competent and eager to help. That was a huge plus and pretty much the only redeeming quality about this hotel.
Cons (-) This particular hotel is extremely old and dated. You can tell by the wear and tear that there have been millions through this place. Walls were dirty, carpet fading, terrible decor, etc. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was gross. I like things to feel clean and this hotel did not feel clean.
