No cars available at pick upPros:Very poor overallCons:No cars were available upon pick up and dozens of people were waiting. Staff was overrun and unable to provide accurate waiting times. We ended up picking the car more than 4h after the reservation starting time. Also, no indications were given for the tolls in Florida which led to a lot of confusion.
