Cons:The woman who serviced us upon arrival was very rude. Especially, with the drop off. We were supposed to do a key drop off box. The place suspended that activity and never let us know. There was nowhere to leave the car and we didn't know what to do. She must have seen us from a distance since the office was closed and came over to ask about us. Her response was well today is your lucky day. not, I'm sorry for the inconvenience we should have contacted you telling you our policy has changed nothing.Reviewed Nov 1 2020

Cons:There were no cars available to fulfill our reservation. The Enterprise corporate staff assured us there were cars available when we phoned the night before but then on the morning of the rental, the local office called to tell us they had none and could not fulfill the reservation. We ended up renting directly from a local Avis but it caused us a lot of headache And stress at the start of our vacation. Was very disappointing as no one from Enterprise seemed able to resolve the situation.Reviewed Sept 12 2020
