Pros:Nothing. This enterprise rental agent was extremely unhelpful.Cons:The enterprise agent I gave the car back to, told me he could not help me with the company's problem in forgetting my paypass because his specific branch didn't even offer toll paypasses. He then insinuated that I was making it up that the agents in Newark where I had rented the car had told me I had a paypass.Reviewed Nov 14 2016

Always reliablePros:received a free upgrade with very nice and helpful associate.Cons:Initial booking through kayak was declined and I had to manually rebook at a nearby location (15mins away) via phone with enterprise. Enterprise honored quote given by kayak.Reviewed Sep 6 2016
