Pros:Friendly staffCons:Given a car equal to what I paid. (Full size vs. economy that I received initially) Told there was not a fee to drop off vehicle at another Enterprise. Was charged $100 to drop off the vehicle at different location.Reviewed May 15 2021

Pros:The Vehicle itself suited its purpose. It was comfortable and met my needs.Cons:I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 12:00 PM on a Sunday. Not knowing the business hours of the facility, I arrived half hour after they closed. What topped everything was that an employee was still there and wouldn't check me out the van I had reserved. I still needed the vehicle so wound up making arrangements through the vendor directly having to go to the airport location and paying more money in fees and taxes. While I take responsibility for running late, a courtesy call could have been made to remind me of hours etc. when I didn't show up at noon.Reviewed Sep 2 2018

Very clean, handled well...breaks a bit too stiff.Pros:Service was very thorough & efficient at pick-up. Car was spotless and fuel efficient.Cons:It was a holiday weekend, and I think the cost for insurance was significantly higher than it cost just one month earlier on an ordinary weekend.
