Bad communicationPros:The car was nice.Cons:No answer when trying to contact drop off in Hudsonville, MI. On hold 3 times for 20 minutes. This location was 20 miles away and in a different County. The reason for the attempted contact was, could they provide transportation back home at that distance. I then called my local branch where I rent from from. They could not help. Not pleased. Will not use Kayak, as they just want the money, and not easily contacted for help, then they have no answers. Also why is there a one way drop fee of $75.00????????Reviewed Jan 31 2017
