It was the worst experience ever. When reached there for the SUV that I booked, they did not have the SUV. They told us to wait till afternoon so that they may arrange it. But to our disappointment, they were never able to find it and constantly told me that I can use two Sedan rather than an 8 seater SUV. They ruined our trip and had to cancel hotel bookings. I would suggest always talk to the enterprise directly before booking but still there would be any guarantee that you would be able to rent a car. I would always prefer other options like touroReviewed Jan 3 2025

Everything was fantastic, smooth and comfortable! Renting through Kayak was easy. Picking up the rental easy and everyone was kind, patient, and professional. The rental wassuper nice! I definitely recommend the Kia Soul! It was a smooth ride up and down the mountains! Then, dropping of the car went just as well as picking it up! Everyone was so nice! Thank you!Reviewed Jun 14 2024

Staff was inconsistent in the information they gave me. It cost me hours of time, and I missed the event I was in town to see. I made an error, and didn’t have what I needed to pick up my rental. Instead of telling me in the beginning the pickup would be impossible, I ran around wasting time trying to complete their suggested work around. After paying for and providing a printout of what I was told by their staff I needed, they still did not allow me to pick up my rental. The situation I was in was my fault, but the way their staff handled was extraordinarily disappointing.Reviewed Apr 29 2024
