Pickup and dropoff were very convenient and pleasant. I don't remember the employees at pickup but Sue at drop-off was great. After discussing our needs for going into the mountains and requiring 4 wheel drive it was easy to adjust the booking in person to get the vehicle which would work best for us for the trip. Pros:Nothing, I was very upset my reservation was not available, sent to the wrong business, received the wrong car and ended up cancelling my reservation. Very upset about the whole experience.Cons:Due to the reservation screwups, I think an upgrade and a price match for my original reservation should have been made. But it wasn't, and they tried to give me a smaller size vehicle and my daughter is 5"11.Reviewed May 4 2021

Pros:Staff was very kind, received a free upgrade, car was clean, functioned perfectly, and made the trip enjoyable. Also, I really liked how smooth the pickup and delivery was. No hassles, no hidden fees, no surprises just what I needed.Cons:I think the price was a bit higher than competitors, but I was willing to pay 50 more for better customer service.Reviewed Feb 9 2021

Pros:2021 Kia Soul w/ 225 miles. Great car. Also, night manager on Friday night really made me feel at home, even arriving 5 mins to close.Cons:Getting shuttle to airport after turning car in. Agent said driver left at 1:30pm, not sure why.Reviewed Feb 3 2021

Cons:Let me start by saying, I got a good price for mu rental. The check in and check out process was quick and simple. One of the vans I got was dirty, hadn't been washed. But I was in a hurry so I didn't mind (this time). Overall it was good service. I will rent with them again.Reviewed Dec 22 2020

Pros:NothingCons:They wanted a major credit card, they are not affiliated with the airport. Lady there told me all enterprises in the state of Nevada always require a major credit card. Was a complete lie, doesn’t even know her own establishments policies. Have rented cars in the past through them never had to have a major credit card on file with them. She kept telling me that the other establishments were breaking their own policies when in fact she was stating incorrect information. Will never ever do business with them againReviewed Jun 13 2020

Pros:The pick up and return was quick and simple and the staff was friendly and helpful. Upon return I pointed out a spot on the rear seat where a prior occupant had dropped chocolate on the seat and they gave me a credit for having to drive a dirty vehicle!Cons:Absolutely nothing!Reviewed May 6 2019
