Pros:That I did not have the same experience I had last year when they had overbooked and I only got a mini van at the last second. Very stressful!! This year Kyle Sacher at the 2821 El Camino Real, Redwood City, CA, office took care of me and did an excellent job. The car was there and ready, and everything went as smoothly as possible. Best Enterprise location in the areaPros:I did much better with these guys than with the dominant Enterprise location here (in Redwood City that sells off the used cars). I usually have issues with them using a debit card, but this rental was much smoother and painless. Fast in, fast out, got a good car, no hassles when I needed to extend a bit.Cons:I would sign up for an account with Enterprise and become a more permanent customer if that meant they wouldn't have to run a credit check and take two forms of ID on every single rental. Unfortunately their companywide policy is: let credit cards slide, always check debit cards.Reviewed Apr 13 2016

Pros:Kayak just screwed me up. There were no cars available even with a confirmed reservation. It was just a waste of time and money for me to travel to the store only to find out this information.
